High Price for Education
I like this app but the price is too high and not everyone can afford that. I know this app is different than Khan Academy but they offer way many more classes and questions for free. I don’t seem to understand why education had to be expensive, would love for a free version of this even if it’s like a lesson per day for free or something everyone can access. Thank you!

Disappointed
They charged me twice, only would give me half a refund even though i asked for a full refund as I only spent 2 minutes on the app. It’s useful but I didn’t like their customer service, it takes a long time for a real person to reply and still didn’t meet my needs. I didn’t have a good experience which left a bad taste for the app no matter how useful it can potentially become.

SCAM do not subscribe
I purchased this App, foolishly mislead by the promotions.
I downloaded and logged in. The App opened but when I attempted to access my program I was not able to proceed unless I bought another ‘upsell’ subscription. I logged out and tried again …. Same result.
I contacted support and engaged in a useless email exchange with an AI bot.
I effectively received NOTHING for my subscription. In any language that is theft.
Apple …. You should not be facilitating theft on your platform.

Deceptive subscription trap and repeat charges
I was charged another £9 at checkout without any clear warning. What appeared to be a link to find out more immediately processed a payment and enrolled me in a recurring subscription.
This looks like a deliberate low-cost entry strategy: attractive marketing and a small initial charge, followed by an automatic recurring payment that customers report being extremely difficult—or impossible—to cancel. More than 140 reviews describe essentially the same experience.
I also cannot understand how this app has an average rating of 4.1 out of 5. I read through roughly 150 reviews and, apart from one positive rating, virtually all were one-star reviews describing unexpected charges, subscriptions they did not knowingly authorise, and cancellation problems. That does not appear consistent with the displayed overall rating.
I am very disappointed that I did not identify these warnings before making the purchase. In my view, this is not simply poor subscription design; it is a misleading and exploitative payment process that takes advantage of users. Developers should not be allowed to use unclear checkout flows to create recurring charges without explicit, informed consent.
The developer posts the same standard response to complaints, but these reports have continued over a long period. That strongly suggests that the underlying problem has not been addressed. App-store operators and payment providers need much stronger oversight, clearer subscription disclosures, and meaningful penalties where developers repeatedly use tactics that result in unauthorised or misleading recurring charges.
