Great idea but needs lots of refinement

Inputting information as a patient is a nightmare. Why do I have to scroll down to find my country 4 separate times? Adding a medical aid took over 5min to find the correct one, despite adding the country, you still have to scroll through all the other country options. An option to type the first letters would help, didn’t see that available. Setting up your address takes you to a page where there are no headers in the boxes, so you have no idea what to input. Selecting the google maps inputs the information for you, but without telling you that’s the easiest option.
