HOW IT KNOWS It doesn't guess, and it doesn't watch you. iOS cannot see inside Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor — no app on your iPhone can. So Epoch asks you instead, and makes answering take one tap. There is no sign-in, no API key, no desktop companion app and no account. Nothing to connect, nothing to keep connected. ONE TAP TO START 37 presets across 20 tools — Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, Grok, Midjourney, v0, Suno and more. Each preset carries the published reset cadence and a confidence label, so you can see whether it was verified against official documentation or reported by the community. The catalog is public — anyone can read and correct it. Not in the list? Set any window on the dual dial, or an exact date and time. Timers can repeat daily, weekly or monthly, so you set a cycle once. Two things do leave, and neither one is a timer: a purchase, handled by Apple and RevenueCat using an anonymous identifier that is never tied to your name, email or Apple Account; and a weekly download of the public preset catalog, which sends nothing about you and fails silently. Anthropic, OpenAI and the rest are names in a file, not integrations. Nothing is ever sent to them.
