Avoid this company!

For five days, I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone that can help me access my till and back office. 5 different customer service agents have told me someone would call me back and I’ve yet to hear back. The last agent I spoke with said someone named Micheal attempted to call me but yet I had no missed calls or a voicemail from Micheal. He assured me yesterday 04/10 i’d get a call back before the end of the day and that never happened. So here I am for the fifth day in a row operating business with no till. Thank god I use square for credit card transactions or I’d be screwed. I guess I’ll be manually transferring over 5000 products to square and disputing the charge for my annual license renewal so I can actually run my business. Avoid this company!

App is so slow to refresh I am switching to SQUARE. Charging the premium dollar for below average service and if u are new on Epos now plz change to some other POS right now u ll thank me later

The Epos Now POS system has completely streamlined how I operate my business. Integrating receipt printers and barcode scanners was quick and hassle-free, and I love how everything syncs smoothly in real time.

Having the ability to manage stock on the go has saved me hours each week. I especially appreciate how I can use Bluetooth devices with ease.

Dont Listen to the bad reviews, Epos has help me grow my small business and I’ve had no problems

I have been with them for about 1 year and have had no real problems I like that it has its own cloud and saves transaction online or offline, it’s really gives the business a luxury feel to it. I’m in the US and I use Epos daily for my store. Customer support has been helpful since day 1, which is rare to find these days. I’m a small but growing business and hope to keep going with the help of Epos I am slowly scaling and getting better.

Very Easy to use

I’ve only started using this recently, but so far it’s been very easy to setup and everything feels very intuitive.

Great Till system

I would highly encourage small businesses to start using this till app. It’s convenient to use and once you get used to it, it’s incredibly easy to use. I love the flexibility it has in regards to being able to integrate with several delivery third party apps. Couldn’t recommend more!!

Customer support is great!

Epos works great for my business. The support is quick and very helpful always. I have a Xero integration with my account as well which works seamlessly.

I have nothing but praises to say about Epos! The changes they’ve made over the recent years have really sped up the functionality of the system making my life easier when running my business. Customer support have been great too, always answering my questions and making sure I’m supported.

Easy to POS software

I’ve been using Epos Now on my iPhone and iPad for events as well as in store payments, the software is very easy to use, allows me to manage my business on the go. Great app and Great support to get up and running.

Nice looking till

The till is easy to use; it looks much nicer than what’s available and so easy for my to train my staff.

Back office reporting is very detailed and it’s easy to make changes to till items without needing any help!

An amazing user friendly app that has all my needs in one place. Epos Now has played a crucial part in opening my flouriest, and from the training to the support everything has been smooth sailing and I cannot praise their name any louder!

Great app to manage your business

Excellent functionality. Helps me keep an eye on my business whenever I am not there.

So easy to use

The Epos app is easy to use and handy having it on our iPads for our staff to use around the venue. It used to be a little bit slow and laggy but the recent updates have been great, and any problems we have the customer service team have been friendly and helpful. Sometimes we lose network in our cafe, and having the sales data save in 'offline mode' has been a lifesaver. Thanks Epos!

Great app!

Since starting my business using this app has been a joy, from the full customisation of the products and the appearance to having full access to crucial reporting data only a few taps away! This app made getting my business off the ground so much easier!

Run your whole business from your phone

The Epos Now POS till app is incredibly versatile and runs very smoothly, I’m able to effortlessly move between transacting on the till front and changing details on the back office. Connecting ethernet order/receipt printers is no bother at all, I can also connect a bluetooth scanner to my iphone and make stock takes easier than ever

It would be great to see some extra features like enabling use of the iphone camera to be able to scan barcodes

Scums

Wouldn’t bother using this app or use their service. They’ll rip you off. Charge you hidden fees, not give you the right guidance and make your till run slower than windows 95. Stay clear away from this shark infested company. They will do more damage to your company than you’ll ever make money
