Stopped working at my library
I use this service to print posters at my local library. The developers introduced an issue about a month ago that changed the library card “password” to a “pin”. This changed the keypad interface (removing letters and symbols), removed the ability to post from my password tool, and general broke any method for using my password. It’s been a month of waiting for a fix, so I’m writing this review to warn others this app no longer works with library cards.

Limited functionality compared to desktop website
In the app (and the mobile website) I did not see any way to select printing options (color/BW, duplex, etc).
That is way too limited. Please provide these options, they are needed there just as much!

Awesome when it works…
I can’t figure out why this app doesn’t consistently send jobs to the printer. Then I check the status in the app and it says printed. Aggravating. It’s such a time saver when it does work…
