Can't read anything.

I was directed to this app by the McFarlane Toys exclusives from SDCC. However, the app defaults to Chinese, with no way to change the language. This has been reported on here for years and the developer responds in Chinese. So, no idea what the solution is.

구매까지 이어지는데 장애물이 한 10개쯤은 되는 느낌이에요. 의류나 쇼핑에 최적화된 타 사이트들에 비해 오류도 잦고 여러 인증이 진짜 너무 복잡해요. 저는 일단 로그인부터 막혀서 일반 로그인에 통합 로그인에 인증에 어쩌고 저쩌고 하..미니멀리스틱하게 버튼을 배치하는것 이상으로 내 정보는 어디서 확인할 수 있는지 한참 헤메게 만드는 구분안되는 사이트 디자인에 진짜.. 내돈 주고 내가 사겠다는데 한섬이 말려주는 기분이에요 ㅋㅋ 결국 포기하고 다른 쇼핑몰에서 구매했습니다. 진짜 화나고 아쉬워서 적습니다 인스타나 sns에 광고 엄청 띄우던데 그 돈아껴서 어플리케이터나 발전시키세요

EQL markets itself as a platform built on “fairness” — a so-called equal playing field for sneakerheads and collectors. But after countless raffles and a long list of disappointments, it’s become increasingly clear that EQL is nothing more than smoke and mirrors. Their system is not fair, not transparent, and certainly not working in the interest of real consumers.

Let’s start with the obvious: the items you actually want — the hype releases, limited editions, collectibles with genuine demand — are near impossible to access. No matter how many raffles you enter or how consistent you are, the result is always the same: rejection. But somehow, you’re always “selected” for the leftovers — the pairs no one asked for, the colorways that sit on shelves, the overpriced bricks. It doesn’t feel random. It feels manipulated.

And transparency? Nonexistent. EQL provides zero real insight into how winners are chosen. There’s no way to verify the fairness they claim to prioritize. Just the same recycled messages telling you that “you weren’t selected this time.” After a while, it feels less like a raffle and more like a rigged system designed to frustrate and mislead.

The app itself? Barebones at best. The interface is uninspired, the features are minimal, and support is essentially a black hole. If you reach out with questions or concerns, expect canned responses or complete silence.

EQL had the chance to build a community of loyal users through honesty and innovation — instead, it has become a platform that erodes trust and wastes people’s time. It’s not fair. It’s not equal. It’s just another gatekeeping tool dressed up in the language of justice.

To the team behind EQL: you’re not fooling anyone anymore. If this is your version of fairness, it’s broken beyond repair.

개발자님, 앱 실제 사용 하시나요?

리뷰 보니 스크롤 감도도 저만 느끼는 게 아니었군요. 검색도 카테고리 분류가 너무 안 됩니다.. (벽시계를 치면 거울이 뜨고 손목 시계가 뜨고..??) 페이지 넘어가는 것도 렉이 너무 심하구요. 편집샵 편집장님의 감각 재능은 너무 좋아서 EQL 애정하지만 앱과 웹의 디테일도 신경 써주세요.. 전체적으로 총괄이 안 되는 것인가요?!!! 앱 들어갔다가 빡쳐서 30분만에 다시 29센치 갑니다... 아니면 수고스럽게 브랜드 공홈 일일이 찾고요...........ㅠㅠ 좋은데 쓰질 못하는 어플..

Ui/Ux 디자이너가 문제인가

윗대가리가 문제인가.. 알수없지만 심각하다. 29cm 앱 보고 배우세요. 감성은 넘치는데 불편해서 손이 안감. 여성복 찾는데 남자옷 섞여 보이고 성별 유니섹스 구분 필터도 없고 매거진 처럼 셀렉션 보여주는 페이지가 너무 많아 짜증나게.

일단 이큐엘 장점이 너무 많은데요, 다른 어플들보다 훠얼씬 저렴한 가격에 구매할 수 있다는 점이 진짜 큰 메리트인 것 같아요. 브랜드들도 생각보다 많이 있어서 놀랐구요. 무튼 이큐엘 너무 좋아요!! 사란합니다🫶

몇년째 발전이 하나도 없네요
언젠가는 좋아지겠지 했다가
충격적인 렉과 버벅임 때문에 혈압 올라 이젠 잘 안쓰게 돼요

Update language its wrong its entirely Chinese letters and cant be updated still to this day unable to use it because dont understand the language its not fair!

No effort being put to add feature to change language to English

There’s no option to change language to English, It’s obvious the problem wont be fixed, 2 years is more than enough time to fix this problem. They just don’t care. The app is also laggy.
