EQuality App is for mentors.
This app allows mentors to see the training schedule and give grades for students. EQ stands for emotional intelligence quotient. Emotional intelligence (otherwise known as emotional quotient or equalizer) is the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in a positive way to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome problems, and resolve conflicts. The program's mentors will use the app to document your child's progress, reporting any emotional situations and how the child has handled them with effective coaching from the coaches.
