Bad experience

Very disappointing experience with Equals. My account was temporarily suspended, but despite submitting an appeal, I haven’t received any response from the support team. I have evidence of the conversation and request a fair review of the situation. Please look into my appeal, review the other user’s behaviour as well, and restore my account. At least provide a proper response instead of keeping users waiting without any explanation
