Unavailable music in the country
Whenever I want to buy a music from a certain artist, either they don’t let me buy it in the first place (not showing the button to select), or it’s not available in my country. In from morocco and I tried to change the region to see if it was just the country but it seems like the problem is with all the countries I choose.

As usual, it’s paywalled garbage that locks basic features behind a subscription. Not worth the time.

While some people actually use app this to make friend and share their interests in music with each other, some seem to be using this as a dating app..the app layout also looks like a dating site with the way you swipe left and right to make friends
No Support Response
I spent days participating in events, building my profile, making friends, and reporting what I believed was suspicious leaderboard activity because I wanted the competition to be fair.
Instead of receiving a single reply to my emails, my account was suddenly banned without any explanation. I still don’t know what rule I supposedly violated. Losing my account also meant losing my profile, friends, and all the time I invested in the app.
What disappointed me most wasn’t even the ban it was the complete lack of communication. I sent multiple emails with evidence and never received a proper response before my account was banned.
If you ban someone’s account, at least explain why and provide a way to appeal. Every user deserves a fair review and transparent communication.
Until the support team starts responding and manually reviewing cases, I can’t recommend this app.

Great idea Bad execution
The app is so buggy sometimes i don’t get notifications sometimes it sends out notifications for things that didn’t happened and i can’t even buy digital vinyls and edit my vinyl wall

The advertisement told me that I would connect my playlist, and then it would find similar songs to expand that playlist when I downloaded the app. It was almost like a knock off version of whiz where you can chat with random lonely people about music. This is not what I wanted the app for and this app just wasted a bunch of my time

BE CAREFUL AS A MAN
I’d strongly advise any man who’s signing up to set your location to the US ONLY plus to avoid any females who immediately ask where you are from, they are most likely extortionist who will also ask for your IG or whatsapp to have a “fun time” which is why i say to avoid leaving your profile open to the world, i have never found so many fake accounts in such a little amount of time before and it is scary how little security there is for scammers and blackmailers. (all accounts asking for what ive stated above will be from philippines as far as ive seen with an area code of +63) they will not share their IG with you to stay anonymous and to gain leverage over you with your followers.

incredibly broken
i can’t add any albums or buy them? and my currency won’t update. none of the music i search up to post or on the games work, at all. not for ANY artist.. the app is pretty much unusable.. support page is also incredibly vague and non specific.

Solid app overall but what really irks me is not being able to buy the tracks other people can buy and listen to while I'm stuck unable to really show the type of music I want to on my profile so that sucks
Needs better age segregation
I’m giving a one star because this is a very serious issue, communities need to be sorted by age as well, I want to be around adult users.

I had an issue signing up. I would input the verification code they emailed me and nothing would happen, no error codes, it would just reset to zero. So I contacted support. They were unhelpful and blamed me saying “it is probable that your account is being blocked due to an unsolved issue with a previous account”
I never had a previous account. I was trying to sign up for the first time. The app seems cool but I’ll never know cause of bad customer service.
