An awesome solution!
For six years I worked as a new home sales consultant for two major builders. A tool like this would have been very helpful with regards to setting the right expectation early on in the planning and development phase, versus sometimes weeks or months down the line, where we finally learn that the buyer's purchase was what they wanted to purchase, or that what they were dealing with was outside the scope of their capabilities.
