Excellent Business Tool
I’ve been a paper girl for more years than I can remember but Equigate & brought the best out of my business allowing me a much better work/life balance by organising everything from appointments to accounting. There’s a great free trial period, it’s so worth giving it a go. There’s subscriptions are reasonable to & offsets against your tax. Win, win!

Not free
Is actually really helpful although clients take a while to want to use it and sometime have to set it up for them as it’s confusing on their end but the biggest downfall would be that although it says free which is a big pull to use it. ITS NOT FREE. And for regular use, cost for either subscription option would add up very wuickly and start pecking say at any earnings. Such a shame for such a good app. It’ll be back to old school appointment managing.

Never have I ever…
Downloaded and loved an app so much, time saving 100%, easy 100%… the only thing it doesn’t do is do the laundry for me. Highly recommend this app for practitioners that want more free time.
Could not work without it
I was lucky enough to find out about Equigate at the start of my business journey which also coincided with their launch. I’ve grown my business so efficiently with the help of this technology which as a busy mum of two young girls has been a game changer. Clients onboard & interact easily with it, diagrams & notes are completed timely & invoices sent before I’ve even left the yard! You’ve got nothing to loose utilising this app within your business.

Fantastic
Equigate is really easy to use, I can keep all my horses appointments in one place, I get reminders of my appointments which is really helpful! Messages come through well on here. I love that I can make payments straight after my appointments by card on the app. I like that I can look back on appointments if a vet asks for some information on one of my horses. Such a helpful app

Can’t imagine life without Equigate
Before Equigate I was an old school pen and paper therapist. I was spending an extortionate amount each year on paper and ink. Equigate has made my life so much easier (and my clients for that matter). I genuinely could not be without it now and I’m so grateful to have my evenings and weekends back so I don’t have to sit there for hours on end writing reports and doing admin 🤗 Thank you Equigate

Equigate as a client
I find Equigate really easy to use. It’s super helpful to have all my appointments, reports and invoices in one place. I also really rate the immediate option to pay by card via the app which is convenient and avoids any late payments as I can do it immediately. As we all know horses keep our lives so busy, and it’s one less thing to remember!

What can I say about this App. It’s made my life as a therapist & lecturer so much easier. It helps with my day to day organisation, helps communication with my clients & frees up my time.
