Camera never connected. App always shut down. Their customer service just kept sending troubleshooting emails. Took me over a month to get a reimbursement.

I had three different units sent to me and all three didn’t work. They finally just credited me back the money. Don’t waste your time with this.
Couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi and battery always showed low battery even tho charged overnight. And wires on one unit were already pulling apart.

Do NOT get this app or camera!
This app is a nightmare. I got this to keep a closer eye on my horse after some trailer freak outs, but I spent the whole time just trying to connect. This left me more stressed than I was before. In 30 minutes, I was able to connect once for about 30 seconds before I was kicked off. This is a Wi-Fi issue with the app that never gets better, even when you switch locations. Please invest in another camera. You will most definitely regret setting this camera and app up.

Excellent little camera
Once you get used to the start up sequence this is a great app and camera. You have to ensure the camera is fully charged or pairing with the app won’t happen. But if fully charged it is easy to set up and go. Love the ability to have sound to be able to listen in to the trailer.
Love this system!
Works really well with the float camera.
