Equipment Work Orders is a local-first maintenance record app for small businesses and field technicians. It works without an account or server, making it useful in workshops, farms, studios, gyms, cafés, laundries, warehouses, and other sites with unreliable connectivity. Key features • Asset records: Track internal codes, names, locations, brands, models, serial numbers, status, and assignees. • Maintenance plans: Create date-based schedules and step templates. Each generated work order keeps its own step snapshot. • Work-order execution: Record priority, assignee, inspection steps, issues, readings, photos, labor time, and signatures. • Faster completion: Mark routine steps quickly. Required steps and issue notes are validated before completion. • Parts records: Track part numbers, quantities, minimum stock, unit costs, and usage history. • QR access: Scan an equipment code to open a local asset record, or enter the code manually. • Reports and backup: Generate PDF work-order reports and export JSON backups. • Chinese and English interface: Switch languages inside the app without changing user-entered data. • iPhone and iPad: Adaptive layouts with Dark Mode and Dynamic Type support. Privacy Asset, work-order, photo, signature, and parts data is stored on the device by default. The app has no account system, ads, analytics, or cloud sync. Scope This app records and supports maintenance work. It does not diagnose equipment, determine whether equipment is safe, or replace manufacturer manuals or qualified technicians.
