WorkProof Local is a local-first field service reporting app for on-site service, installation, maintenance, and inspection records. It turns each visit into a clear evidence trail and helps you produce a customer-ready PDF before leaving the site. Key features: • Organize customers, locations, equipment, and job stages • Keep before, during, after, and attachment photos in a stable order • Record work notes, checklists, materials, time, issues, warranty details, and follow-up dates • Capture customer signature, refusal, or absence confirmation • Freeze completed reports as read-only records; make later corrections through amendment reports • Generate and share PDFs, photos, and delivery packages locally on the device • Export, import, and restore complete backups • Optionally protect local records with Face ID or the device passcode • Use the app in Simplified Chinese or English on iPhone and iPad The app is designed to work locally, and its core records do not depend on a business server. Photo quality checks, equipment nameplate OCR, and supported speech transcription run on the device.
