Notifications suck
Apps finality is great but the notifications, about the lot being up for bid, most likely will come 10-20 minutes after the item has already sold. At that point the apps no good because what you wanted to bid on is gone.
Software issues cause you to loose auctions
We were bidding on a truck, it showed we were high bidder all the way to the end, and showed we were high bidder after the auction ended. Two hours later our bid was removed and they gave it to someone else.Dont use

Streamline
I’m a farmer and most of the time I am not at a desk but am out on the go working. The notifications 30 minutes before the auction starts, 10 lots before live bidding and up for live bidding is priceless! As I mark equipment I’m interested in for my farm I cannot keep track all of it. These notifications keep me informed so I can potentially purchase an item. Other equipment auction sites I have an account with have different notifications but nothing even close to how good your system works. It’s simply streamlined!

Removed audio and video
In the most recent update, the ability to listen and watch the auction feed has been removed. The only way to watch and listen to the live auction now is on a computer.
Very user friendly app
A lot of auctioneers add a 2 1/2% or more fee for buyers when purchasing through EquipmentFacts, but for me, it is well worth it. I am not standing outside all day waiting to bid on the two or three items that I am needing to buy for my land.. Way more easier and user-friendly than any other app out there for agriculture equipment.

Just want it to work like it did before the last update!!!!
Please fix this app! As soon as the text in the search bar is done spelling out something in the apps search bar it automatically closes the app. This happens as soon as you open the app. come on no one can even use the app anymore. What good is that? Love the app just fix it
Lock bedding feature removed?
Why in the world would you remove the lock bidding feature? Makes me not want to use the app because accidental scrolling or touching the screen will place a bid if you hit in the wrong area.
New update
App open than force closes. Otherwise great setup. and would be nice to track purchases for a year or 2 for record recovery.

With the App I’m able to look up, review, bid and buy the equipment I’m looking for. The app is easily to use. I’ve purchased many pieces of equipment on EF.
History issues
Does not offer history of purchased items which kills lots of time tracking down different items

Very hard to search for the auction
I can not find a way to search for the specific auction that I’m interested in seeing. I can search for dates, or specific items but not for a specific auction.

Love the different auctioneers they have from Trucks, Trailers, Tractors, Construction Equipment and Cars
Glitching
App has tons of glitches making it effectively unusable in many cases.
No bought history
They used to have bought history but now after you buy there’s no in app history also when auctions are going on you also can’t see much of sold items they disappeared after few minutes, hard to get an idea how much certain things go for. I’ll update review once these issues fixed
Pop ups

The new app I give a 0 they no longer list the state the auctions are in unless you click on every single auction to see which state it’s in
