What's New Inspections — New "Start Inspection" button on each piece of equipment, plus a full-detail view so you can see checklists, notes, and attachments for any completed inspection. File uploads — Service records now accept PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, and text files in addition to photos and videos. Reports — Filter by lifecycle stage (active, idle, broken, sold, retired), include "Last Service Done" and "Next Service Due" columns with color-coded warnings, and a new Cost-Per-Hour / Cost-Per-Mile report across your whole fleet. Equipment overview — Multi-select filters for locations, types, and models so you can slice your fleet exactly how you want. Timeline — Location changes are now tracked automatically, and you can filter the timeline by parts, services, repairs, and more. Templates — Equipment templates are now collapsed by default with new sorting controls to save screen space. Telematics — Samsara-connected devices now pull telematics directly into your fleet view, and the vehicle list shows your full fleet (no longer capped at 10). Accountability — Service, repair, and inspection entries now automatically record who performed the work. Pinch to zoom — You can now pinch to zoom in and out anywhere in the app on phones and iPads. Admin data export — Exports now download reliably as a single zip file. General bug fixes and performance improvements.
