Our system logs confirmed that the video report did work as expected once you were connected to stable Wi-Fi. In fact, we could see you accessed the video analysis report, and we also emailed it directly to you, along with extra credits as a gesture of goodwill. We're glad you found the conformation report helpful, especially since it was processed despite not following the capture instructions precisely, which actually shows how robust our AI is becoming. As a growing startup, we truly value your support and understand things won’t always go perfectly but connectivity plays a huge role in AI performance, and it's important to highlight that the system functioned correctly for you once that was resolved. A button cannot just not disappear for one user, so when that happens its always down to connectivity.
