App fails to work

The GPRS part of the app where you link the app with your Alarm fails. It does not let me register and says ‘Network Connection Failed’

Am only using the app to arm/disarm via text message.

Disappointing. Contacted the alarm provider and they advised the app is due to be updated but that was some months ago and nothing still.

I purchased the alarm as being able to control it via the app was a selling point but not being able to do so is a real let down.
