Hidden Gem

Hello, this game truly is a hidden gem. I have enjoyed playing this game and the potential for growth is there.

I started off in the 500’s belonging to a tribe in the Mississippi. There are some themes to the game that are not historically accurate, such as chapels in Americas during the game year (500’s). But this was quickly brushed away as I was able to purchase homes, upgrade them, participate in war (thru mine sweeper mini game), run for office, get married and have kids.

The game allows for depth, and the challenges make the game more interesting. This is rare compared to other games on the AppStore.

Will there be a Steam version? If you add in app purchases, you will have my money.

Thank you, and God bless you.

Love it but I have ideas

Could you possibly make wars affect the player and also make sports a option and maybe if your like in Japan or whatever you can be like a manga artist

Awesome game, let me pay you for no ads

I really love this game, hence the 5 star reviews. It’s a lot of fun and I’m very appreciative of the effort that’s been put into it thus far. The potential of this game is huge and I’m really looking forward to seeing how it takes shape in future updates.

There are a few quality of life issues however. I think the most obvious are the ads and not having an option to pay for them to be removed. Compared to other simulators I’ve played, the ads are not over the top for a free version and aren’t typically too disruptive, but since there is no option to avoid them it can get frustrating to play after awhile.

Additionally, I think there should be a character creator or at least an era selector for new games. If I want to play as a Roman soldier, I shouldn’t have to start 15+ new games to get a character in that period and with enough health to make it past childhood.

Overall, my issues are small compared to the fun I’ve had playing it so far and I’d definitely recommend this to anyone with an interest in life sims that aren’t copycats of bitlife. It’s a super cool concept and with time I could see this game taking off as more content gets added.

Children birth name

When your kid is born and it spawns a name and you change it it still logs the name you changed fix it!

Response from developer

You're right, and it's fixed. The birth was written into your life log with the rolled name before you got the chance to change it. Now the log waits for your choice, the name you type is the name that's recorded. Thanks for the report.

Fun game

Lots of potential a fun game keep working, just would like to see more customization with time period, age, gender etc

Awesome game

Love this game and I’m hoping to see more content in the future

Wonderful game

This game is amazing. It’s like bitlife but with more thought and less paywalls. I love the concept of jumping through eras. I do wish decisions like war and whatnot had more impact and were more difficult than one game of minesweeper. I do however understand the difficulty of integrating something like that and will remain patient and hopeful. I saw another review complain about a few actions per year, but I think it’s perfect. Every action feels more important and you really have to weigh options.

Fun

We should also be able to customize our life

Fun Concept, Excited for Future Updates

Love the concept of this game! Tons of variety with the different life stages and eras ☺️ also enjoy the music for each era. easy to pick up, 5/5 ⭐️

Response from developer

Thank you this is great to hear. The per-era music was one of the fiddliest parts to get right, so it's good to hear it lands. The eras and life stages are still growing, so there'll be more to find. Thanks for playing Eras.
