Progettazione dell’app poco efficace
Tutto nell’app richiede una connessione a Internet, ma il segnale è scarso nei pressi di Ercolano. Inoltre, si è vincolati a percorsi guidati eccessivamente restrittivi e complicati, quando io vorrei semplicemente vedere tutti i punti di interesse nelle vicinanze. Sarebbe inoltre utile che i punti di interesse fossero correlati ai numeri riportati sugli edifici, per facilitarne l’identificazione.

Fails to load at 10am. Could not use. Needs faster servers.
Doesn’t work - don’t bother
So incredibly frustrated that we wasted an hour trying to figure out the app and then giving up and going all the way back to the ticket office to get an audio guide. There aren’t any Bluetooth points and there aren’t any routes to choose from. The “how to use the app” is useless because it doesn’t even work!!!!!

Very poor app
The only good thing about it was that it was easy to download. It was not easy to use, the WiFi signal round the site kept dropping out. Even stood in a specific house, the map would not find its details. Sound would not play when certain routes were selected. And every time I switched apps on the iPhone 13 to take a photo it hung and had to be restarted from scratch, even having to select the language again.
