Unable to Sign In
I was putting all the info in. First name, birthday, phone number and etc. Until the email, i typed the email and press confirmed. It told me to remove symbols such as the “@“ symbol. The “@“ was the only symbol I had on the page, no symbols in my name. Just the email. How am I supposed to sign in?

This app would be wonderful except it doesn’t work. Enter your name and it will give you an error saying “remove special characters from name field”

Great place but we need more all over the world

Idk why you can't request certain fruits or veggies be removed from a smoothie if you can change every other thing. Also there should be a "no honey" option-- I'm trying to hack the menu and have started over like 4 times and am about to give up. Also the app crashed twice.

Notifications Popup
An enable notifications pop-up appears every time you open the app. No matter how many times you deny notifications, it’s still there. Why??

buggy and annoying
it won’t let me delete items from cart (they just reappear). and the app has no notification tuning. so you have to accept annoying 10% discount notifications or turn off all notifications (thus making orders more difficult)

Terrible app
If you share an account with a partner this app will constantly log you out. To log back in they send a code to the phone of whoever is the primary. They haven’t fixed the issue for two years. Such a pain.
Scam
You pay monthly but they try to bill you for an entire year even when you cancel. It’s slower to check out as a member. Not worth it. Also i thought it was 10% off but its 10% towards mystery account money that i have no idea how to use.
Unable to place orders
I’ve had this app for a few years and just within the past three months they release an update which blocks almost every single online order unless you tip heavily. That’s the information I got from the Venice location. So apparently now you cannot even place an online order and they tell you they don’t know what to do when you email them. They say sorry that screenshot doesn’t help we can’t help you just come into the store and purchase instead of having a delivery. Well, thanks a lot.

Can’t order anymore
Suddey stopped working a couple of months ago - express re-order. I’ve been using it for months and then one day it just didn’t work try deleting reinstalling re-logging in everything still nothing.
