Does not work with Alexa+
This app has not been updated to work with Alexa+. As Alexa+ is taking over this bricks the apps “works with Alexa” functionality. So, no voice control (or smart home integration) for you! I have a physical remote (as do the rest of you) so there really is no point of having the app on my phone. I wish the manufacturer/developer would fix this app (afaik, it’s not a huge undertaking to recertify a current skill to work with Alexa+). Until then, the manufacturer should not be marketing the product as “works with Alexa” as Alexa has grown up now.

Missing buttons
Wish it had the same buttons as the actual remote. Really like the no snore setting but it’s only on the remote and there doesn’t seem to be memory settings in the app either. So missing a lot of control.
Still works!
This app controls my bed via a dongle. The app also works with Alexa/Google.
Useless
The app will not allow me to log in, change my password, or even create a new account without giving me an error message. There is no way to report the problem to the developer, either. I spent extra money for the wifi dongle so I could use the app and now it’s completely useless.
Almost useless
1. Can’t do multiple beds in one app. So the whole reason we got the bed is so if we’re snoring, the other can push the no snore button.
2. There actually isn’t a no sore button on the app remote. What is literally the point?
3. Can’t rename the device in Alexa, so you can only use her for one bed also.
