About
Ergonome lets you create indoor rower based training sessions, and then holds you to them with visual and audible cues for stroke rate and ratio/cadence. No more guessing what the rower display might say. Comes with four pre-packaged sessions based on ZoomErgos sessions. I use it every day to take the uncertainty out of my work rate.

Adds a Pause function for both Session and Steady State use. Uses the more usual Ratio - Recovery-to-Drive, rather than Whole stroke-to-Drive. Fixed a few bugs.
