This is the "Steady State" page of the popular Ergonome indoor rower training aid. Set up the desired stroke rate and ratio and the app will keep you to it with visual and audio cues for catch and finish. Change the rate and ratio mid-session. Use it for long aerobic and short anaerobic work, and watch your fitness improve. Download the fully featured Ergonome app to use, create and save structured sessions - pyramids, staircases, castles and so on - and watch it improve even more.

What's New in Ergonome Steady State

Added a Pause function, in-line with the main app, so you can now change settings mid-session and resume without restarting from zero. Changing rate and ratio are still permitted mid-session without pausing.
