Terrible. I would have returned the desk.

I can’t create an account on the app or through the website. The developers can’t help me because they can’t recreate the error even through that’s the biggest complaint here the reviews.

Unable to use

Never get an email to activate my account. Website doesn’t allow me to create an account for use with the app. Disappointed that the only way to use it as a guest which doesn’t allow me to add the data to my phone.

Won’t connect to the bike automatically

If you want to go through the full manual process of reconnecting every time you want to use it, it’s great. Otherwise, don’t bother.

This is something special

This is epic. So many people I know who have air stand desks never actually use the standing function (and their bodies suffer). This app automated it and ensures you don’t forget to switch periodically between sitting and standing. It was easy to setup, intuitive to use, and it has awesome extra features that I haven’t even tapped yet (like widgets). Highly recommend this desk/ app combo.
