Not opening after update
After the recent update, the app has become non functional. It days update to latest version which has already been done. But app is not working
Poor app
The app logs users out automatically after 24 hours, and they have to log in again. It looks like the development team rolled this change into production without proper testing.
Not able to login after installing latest version.
After installing latest version i am not able to log in. Install and reinstalling the application still the issue persists . Please help.
Pathetic App
This app is completely useless. Despite downloading and updating to the latest version multiple times, it simply refuses to open. A total waste of time and storage space. The developers really need to fix this pathetic app instead of pushing broken updates.

Bad user experience after update
One day i opened the app and it shows upgrade the app to continue and i did upgrade it and still it is not opening showing upgrade it.

The recent updates of E Sampda is not available on ios causing error on opening on iphone. Developers are requested to make compatible the app for ios also.

Worst app for any government employee look for, not even user friendly, no clarification for allotment of quarters, wasted time on it, instead direct site gives more detailed information.
OTP Expires immediately waiting 1 second
After registration this requires to login with OTP verification but the app is not allowing to login
within fraction of seconds OTP received on mobile and email id enters but it gives error message OTP EXPIRED

Unable to register/ login
Post downloading the app and registering the details, I am getting the OTP on the registered mobile and email id. However, upon entering the OTP, the app is not showing any activity and am unable to proceed further. Have tried multiple times and also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Glitches
Can’t able to login, after putting the OTP one time it didn’t login and if u press on verify again It shows the OTP is expired

Payment page not getting updated
After selecting the room payment page not available taking too much time to load the page then getting the error message “Unable to submit data. Please try after some time”
Why the Major cities are not there??
The app is required for all the Govt. Employees but unfortunately at the time of registration there is only few cities, y the major city like Ahmedabad is not there??? Is it not required to enter the correct city for registration.. the app pertains to Government but appears to be very poorly created in unprofessional way

No options for railway employees
While selecting the ministry, ministry of railways is available but the. After we have to select the department ( zonal railways), where only western railways is available. There are total 17 Zonal railways in Indian railways. So plz provide all zonal railways under the department option. Like central railways, east central railways etc.
