The immediate pop up ads seem to be gone

No customer service
Bought these camera/lights and paid for cloud storage. The storage purchased for 2.5 yrs has not worked for quite some time and customer service doesn’t respond to my help tickets (3 submitted). Do not purchase cloud storage!! It is a scam!!
Not worth wasting your time
Disgusting that they remove the warning and security features from this app just so people have to buy cloud storage for it. Not even worth the one star I gave it and also a waste of time to download it. I will definitely not use any of their apps in the future.

I get having ads for some stuff but after paying so much for the entire system having an ad when I open the app everytime is ridiculous, I will move to a different camera system soon. If you are debating this I’d honestly look around more. It’s good camera but ads should not be there for basic stuff like opening the app when you paid for the system and pro features are expensive.

Took me way less time to set up than I thought. The app easy to use. Great follow up after install from their team. Getting more to install at my office.

Too many ads
So tired of these ads. The app takes forever to load by making you sign in every time to watching an ad every time you change the camera and so on. By the time you check the alert,your family could already be in danger.

I’m an active user of this app and two updates ago the app went on the fritz!!! It’s terrible… when I have my cameras on the live view grid it blinks the whole time it’s on and it’s lagging BAD! I want to be able to look at the app at any moment and my cameras be LIVE not lagging between 30-60 seconds. Can someone from EseeCloud look into this???
