Terrible App after update on September 10/26
It wasn't a bad app until the update I did and now suddenly I always get "Network is unstable and stuttering" which was not an issue before. Viewing playback takes forever and don't even bother to try to record it to your sd card because the developer's goal seems to be trying to force users to pay them for storage. That's not happening. I'll spend more money to buy different equipment before I ever pay for storage. It's too bad they didn't think more about having happy consumers instead of losing them and potential recommendations to others. 👎👎

Not worth wasting your time
Disgusting that they remove the warning and security features from this app just so people have to buy cloud storage for it. Not even worth the one star I gave it and also a waste of time to download it. I will definitely not use any of their apps in the future.

SLOWEST APP EVER!!!!
it's the slowest app too open I've EVER SEEN. And that is an ISSUE for a security system.. could be the difference off life or death or harm!!!! Can't leave it open it stops after 10 mins.

Durable
Great picture quality and very durable. Camera has been in severe rain storms and wind actually knocked it from where I had it mounted. Never skipped a beat and still excellent picture and performance. Would recommend to anyone interested in a wireless camera.

Why is it more expensive to have more than one camera on app? Ring charges 10$ a month for multiple cameras.I have to pay $6.99 each camera on this app not happy

Easy
This by far was one of my greatest buys. Easy setup plus if you get a sd card you won't be using your cloud. Sd card loops and it's just at the moment you find something it records everything which I like . I got two and plan on more . Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

После запуска приложения вылазит РЕКЛАМА
И ЗАЧАСТУЮ ПРИХОДИТСЯ ЗАКРЫТЬ ПРИЛОЖЕНИЕ потом заново открывать, само по себе виснет думаю тоже из-за рекламы в общем все плохо буду менять ресивер или приложение

Paid for nothing
I paid for a year subscription which ends on September 17, 2026 on August 18 Tuesday 2026. My house is broken into following all instructions given to me by police and investigators. I felt confident because I had the video well little did I know the video wouldn’t be there when I went to download it. It’s unbelievable that you pay for cloud storage and when you go to your cloud, there’s nothing retrievable. I reached out to support and they are unwilling to help me. My daughter was in the house. She’s four years old. These men had guns. I could’ve lost my family now I can’t even figure out who tried to hurt my family because there’s no video footage because after seven days you get rid of my cloud that I paid for the year. I hope everybody reads this and understands that this is not the company that’s gonna help protect your home and family. I will be taking this to social media where I have over 300,000 followers.

Playback on iOS 👎🏻
FIX PLEASE…on playback iOS 26, playback video is reduced to less than 1”. Only way to change is rebooting phone, sometimes, which is too time consuming to check a camera feed. PLEASE FIX

I adore this camera. It enables me to talk to my kitty when I’m at work and she’s at home
Too pushy for subscriptions and latest version won’t clear alerts
They make it difficult to use, and sometimes it can’t be used at all without closing out of it and reopening it several times because of very intrusive ads that won’t let you click anywhere else.
This is a really huge problem when you actually need it because somebody’s at your door and you can’t even see because this stupid thing is giving you ads that you can’t click through.
And several places it’s way too simple to accidentally start a subscription, and they put confirm button buttons on top of the overlay where you would normally press to open a camera view. Sleazy!
Unfortunately, I bought some cheap cameras, and this is the only app I found that works with them. Some days I want to throw it all in the garbage and start over with a decent app first.
