Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: EseeCloud(IP Pro, VR Cam) at weekly against ARCCTV's every 2 months. EseeCloud(IP Pro, VR Cam) also leads on ratings volume (6.5K vs 104) and review sentiment (25% vs 14%). ARCCTV's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 4.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. EseeCloud(IP Pro, VR Cam) sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $5.59 per month and ARCCTV sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $5.59 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
ARCCTV holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EseeCloud(IP Pro, VR Cam) has 6.5K ratings behind it against 104, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of EseeCloud(IP Pro, VR Cam)'s written reviews are positive against 14% of ARCCTV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
