Awful
This is not fit for purpose. It is so temperamental, most of the time it does not work, some of the time is is โbufferingโ for hours on end, and on the rare occasion it does work there is massive lag. I will be asking our security guys to look into something different. Very dissatisfied!!

This app works good. It does the job. But it keeps crashing on my phone. Every time I go to look at a playback video it crashes. Or just randomly. Last is I donโt know if there is a setting but the playback video is so slowww.

Need a replacement, dropping out from WiFi 4/5 times a day and has to be reset , also canโt remote view cameras from 4 . Was a good app BUT NOW ITS RUBBISH .

The worst and most cynically unsupported app
This app doesnโt work on most commercially available routers. The company only updated it to put advertising on it and does not respond to enquiries.

Despite this being a payed app, it still contains advertisements including pop ups and sidebar ads. At least as a restore purchases button or remove the ads and give us paying customers back the things we payed for. Thanks

The app keeps freezing and the playback is not that great.
Frustrating app
Before the updates the app was working decently now i stalls, closes on its own and the tabs on the screen don't apply to the app, they're useless.

This really needs fixing the system is ok but this app for remote viewing is useless. Sort it out please.
