They stole the app AND the add-ons I paid for. Now it just crashes
Worst part? CounterPath has completely removed the old version from the App Store. I can't even reinstall it from my Purchased list anymore. They took the product I legally bought, including the add-ons I paid extra for, and left me with nothing unless I sign up for their monthly subscription.
This is beyond greedy, it's outright theft. They cashed my checks, then deleted the app and now demand I pay them again every month for features I already owned. Absolute scum company. Do not buy anything from CounterPath. They will take your money and then take the app away when they feel like it. Plenty of honest alternatives exist.

Обновление апреля 26г. Сломало все купленные приложения и кодеки к ним.
Было супер. Купил навсегда. И вот оно перестало работать. Теперь только подписка.

The old app was End of Sales 9 years ago, and we did offer 1 year credit at the time.
