Difficult
This is probably the most difficult app I have ever had to negotiate. I’m not a rookie to technology, but this has me beat! I’m constantly going round in circles! There must be an easier way to see what I’m paying for and how much and what I have covered?

Long time Esst customer, was apprehensive at first about the App, congrats 👏 to the App developers, makes everything so much more convenient.

Hard to change devices on a plan from one to another. And contacting their FAQ Page goes no where.

Purchased for iPad then got a notice that anti-virus is not available for my device. Just wasted $90.

Can’t talk to a live person.
Tried several times to resolve issues and could never connect with a live person accept on their terms. That is they would call and if l didn’t answer right then. I had to reschedule for another phone call. I could log into my account but it would hold the request till time ran out and log me out! Even though l have time left on my account l have deleted everything ESET related off of my phone and PC! Have a more expensive system now and when l call l get to talk to people 24/7! What a concept!

I paid $80 and they’ve done nothing no communication they’ll help no app nothing not even one do not use this app buyer beware

Malware antivirus
This app in App Store it’s not worth good Apple devices, iPad and iPhone. For Microsoft desktop it is excellent.
Problémy s MacOS
Eset má dlouhodobě problémy s MacOS. Na některých počítačích antivir nefunguje správně nebo vůbec. Před problémy uživatele firma zavírá oči a hraje mrtvého brouka. Nekupujte to.

Lacks user support
Just spent half an hour trying to figure out how to upgrade my account to include VPN access with no success.Absolutely no user support - can’t even see how much more it would cost. I implemented for my work a couple years ago and have a personal account also.

Salute a tutti, in pratica ho già detto tutto nel titolo della mia recensione. Il programma antivirus ESET, che già uso con soddisfazione per il mio pc di casa, soddisfa pienamente anche la protezione con la sua applicazione per smartphones. Tutto ok, quindi.

今のところ気になる点としては、2FAのコード入力画面がバグって入力が困難になっている点。
一文字入力するごとにカーソルがおかしな位置に移動するので、コピペもできませんでした。
