This is probably the most difficult app I have ever had to negotiate. Iâm not a rookie to technology, but this has me beat! Iâm constantly going round in circles! There must be an easier way to see what Iâm paying for and how much and what I have covered?

Purchased for iPad then got a notice that anti-virus is not available for my device. Just wasted $90.
Canât talk to a live person.
Tried several times to resolve issues and could never connect with a live person accept on their terms. That is they would call and if l didnât answer right then. I had to reschedule for another phone call. I could log into my account but it would hold the request till time ran out and log me out! Even though l have time left on my account l have deleted everything ESET related off of my phone and PC! Have a more expensive system now and when l call l get to talk to people 24/7! What a concept!

Malware antivirus
This app in App Store itâs not worth good Apple devices, iPad and iPhone. For Microsoft desktop it is excellent.

Lacks user support
Just spent half an hour trying to figure out how to upgrade my account to include VPN access with no success.Absolutely no user support - canât even see how much more it would cost. I implemented for my work a couple years ago and have a personal account also.
