App crashes almost every time

This app refused to launch most of the time. I have never seen a thing like that before. I can hardly tell if I'm low on data when it stops working because it refuses to launch. I can't rate this

For a company that should have the best network provider legacy, Glo seems to be behind. We already have issues with network, which makes them one of the least reliable networks although it seems like a little bit improvement which is far delayed. The Glo Café app shouldn’t even be as behind as it is right now, and I don’t know if it’s was a contracted work from out source development team or something on the Glo development team is wrong, the app has been running for a long time now and still faces some dysfunctions which shouldn’t even be. It consistently crashes, every updates affects on feature from working or it doesn’t work and keeps crashing when you try to use it. Constantly, having issues with user purchases and payment channels, you can’t see detailed data subscription/spreads, you can’t buy data for a friend which the feature—making it dormant. You can’t buy data use the app at this moment and the next hour it doesn’t open for days. What really is the problem? I am a Software engineer and developer, and honestly, something needs to be done by the development team or a change of developers. This messes with the brands legacy and future.

App not opening
I’ve been using the glo app for about 2years now ..but for the past two months I can’t access the app whenever I want it keeps telling me something went wrong I don’t even understand what’s wrong with the stupid app
