This new app is rubbish I regret I updated my app,the new update app will keep logging you out and anytime u needed to use the app its will tell u to register again because you are not a user before

The update app is actually the most craziest update have seen in real time, like you went from 50 to 0 instead of going upward from the updated app, you guys went backward instead of forwards…. Pls kindly work on this
New update
This new update is somehow, tell me why I need to login every second, that aside I keep getting sms notifications and mails everytime I log into the app and it’s very disturbing… kindly fix these asap pls. Thanks anything apart from those is perfect and I love the way I can now check my puk and other infos on the app

Not able to recharge data
Ever since the app updated itself….ive not been able to subscribe data

Old app Looks and feels way better than nee
We know the old one was buggy but changing the whole ui wasn’t necessary. I looks worse, that dark mode feels icky, worst of all didn’t getthe 100hb that was promised
The new update is useless
The latest update just made it useless. They deleted my previous account and now i can’t even open a new one. I liked the previous one, and am pretty sure everyone feels thesame. So please you guys should just go back to the previous app. This update os totally useless
100gb scam
Don’t send messages to your uses to lure them to download this app by “giving 100gb for free” it’s unnecessary. Funny enough that’s not what even ticked me off. I’ve been using Glo for over 10 years now. I was there when this app just launched and it was filled with so much bugs. For some reason you kept it running. I had to stop using the Tuesday fiesta plan for a while because the app refused to work. Now you create a new update- DELETE MY OLD ACCOUNT AND MAKE ME CREATE A NEW ONE- and still don’t give me my 100gb…Glo please
