Inbetriebnahme geht nicht mit EVlink Home Smart

Bei dem PIN Menü läuft die App mehrmals selbstständig durch. Dann kann der PIN eingegeben werden, aber es kommt die Meldung „5x falsche Eingabe neu starte in 5 min“ . Das keine Inbetriebnahme mit IPhone möglich!!!!!!
