It sends a verification code, I type it in and then it’s stuck loading forever

Its so frustrating. Made me lose a bunch of time with clients. Need to fix this glitch.

In app premium not honored

I paid for the in app monthly subscription. I got an error, got charged and then the app didn’t update/unlocked what I paid for. The app subscription was “active” when accessing my subscriptions through Apple but the app showed I had the free version. I requested a refund multiple times and never got it. The developers/support never got back to me after submitting their contact forms.

Hi trwss, we recently discovered an issue that affected a small number of users, where subscriptions weren’t unlocking properly. This has since been resolved in our latest update.
