It sends a verification code, I type it in and then it’s stuck loading forever

Its so frustrating. Made me lose a bunch of time with clients. Need to fix this glitch.

In app premium not honored

I paid for the in app monthly subscription. I got an error, got charged and then the app didn’t update/unlocked what I paid for. The app subscription was “active” when accessing my subscriptions through Apple but the app showed I had the free version. I requested a refund multiple times and never got it. The developers/support never got back to me after submitting their contact forms.

Hi trwss, we recently discovered an issue that affected a small number of users, where subscriptions weren’t unlocking properly. This has since been resolved in our latest update. The best one out there

I have used several eSign apps but this is by far the best one. It’s free and gives you a certificate that the document you requested to be signed by other individuals are signed. It also gives you an update through email if you signed up to know the status of the documents to be signed by others. Thank you.

Doesn’t work after update

When you go to fill out/edit a document and then save the document after you go to request signatures the document doesn’t save the information you put in at all…. Needs fixed ASAP!

iPhone App Bugs

Randomly when I use the iPhone app when I go to sign my part of a doc it just keeps kicking me off the app.

Barely functioning

I installed so I could create a form, yet upon using the edit/fill feature, nothing transferred to the signing part. In an attempt to go around that, I used text boxes in the sign feature, but as soon as I try to enter text the app crashes.

Thank you for supporting login by Apple ID. Very sick and tired of tracking so many different logins across apps and websites.

Pricing is reasonable for covering document signing requests, considering how many features are available for free, including two factor authentication and storage.

Waste of money

I purchased this plan for one document that needed editing and after trying to make one change, I would get an error message and it wouldn’t save. I’ve contacted support and heard nothing back. Also when I try to downgrade the membership to the free one, it sends me somewhere else and I can’t cancel it. Very frustrating!

Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry for any frustrations our app caused. The error message you received is most likely due to an expired session, from closing the app within the editor. Regarding downgrading your subscription, this must be done through Apple by going to your phone's settings (see here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039).

Solid app for price

Does everything I need it to do on signing agreements for my dumpster rental business. But I wish I could save the templates so I don’t have to add the signature spot the name spot and the date every single time I wish it would just auto fill where I could save it and just pull it up and send it.

Hello, thank you for the feedback. The issue you described often happens if you select "Sign out of all" within our web app, and then attempt to sign a document within the iOS app without logging back in. To resolve this issue, you would need to log back in on the iOS app.
