Fraudulent Sales.
I purchased a card that is supposed to be supporting 75 countries. According to the instructions, I loaded the card in the supported country. The card did not work, and I reported it to the support. The support said that I activated it in a country that was not on the list, which is false. I will never use them again, and I will report it as a seller fraudulent transaction.

Excellent connection and customer service
Bought the 50G plan for a 15 days travel in Eastern Europe. I had reliable connection throughout my trip. The customer service was kind enough to refund me the difference despite that I forgot to cancel the recurring plan in time.

I was skeptical w this app at first but it gave me data an voice in the EU for such an amazing price compared to others. Very clear instructions and has worked amazing in Italy and Greece. This should be higher on the list when searching for eSim option. i fully recommend it.

Finally got it to work
I left a poor rating a short time ago, can’t find it to edit it so issuing a new one. I now managed to get it to all work. It was a learning process but i can now say “we have the technology”.
