BANKRUPT COMPANY
I have cancelled my order made in May. Its now August and whilst they kept me updated, it wasn't coming any time soon. I just hope the refund won't take long.
Edit: I have seen from a previous review that I need to look at companies house, i can now see that 29/31 officers have resigned. The company went into liquidation . Idk if it's still a part of Screwfix but I am going to look there next.
I don't expect any refund. Thankfully it was only for a switch for a Dyson air multiplier.

Hopeless
This app asks for your model number ect and then shows you items that are totally irrelevant to your appliance,so why bother asking for model number ect.
Also states that certain items are compatible with your appliance and when checking voltage ect they are way off ball,probably cause more damage than good fitting their suggested items.
Says press here to watch video,press wait,wait,wait,wait,you get the idea-nothing happens whatever.
Total useless app with total useless advice.
I’d get more useful information from a dictionary than this app and I’d give it zero stars if possible

No complaints
Have been using eSpares for years now and have no complaints with their service or this App. It’s a handy resource to have, keep up the great work.
Now part of SCREWFIX
Little functionality over the website - However as the Company group went into admin and was acquired by Screwfix / B&Q ( Kingfisher) in March 2023 - hopefully improvements will now be made to be as good as the excellent Screwfix app and their general service levels
