Maximal umständlich
Leider ist die Ladesäule hier am Campingplatz von diesem Saftladen. Zum einen muss man Guthaben aufladen um überhaupt laden zu können. Und zum anderen kann man den Ladevorgang nicht starten wenn das Guthaben unter 7 Eur ist. Man kann auch nur Minimum in 10 Eur Schritten aufladen. Soviel möchte ich hier aber gar nicht mehr laden. Da man dadurch das Guthaben teilweise verfallen lassen muss (auszahlen geht nicht), grenzt das schon sehr stark an vorsätzlichen Betrug. Man merkt dass da die (deutsche) Telekom ihre Finger im Spiel hat. Daher maximal unpraktisch, umständlich und völlig aus der Zeit gefallen. Andere Anbieter in Kroatien schaffen es komischerweise auch über Kreditkarte, Paypal oder Apple pay abzurechnen.
Selbst ein Stern ist noch zuviel, für so einen schrottigen Anbieter.

V aplikaci nelze navolit částku (asi jen pro google) a ApplePay nefunguje. Kartu si chce zapsat, nekooperuje s nějakou službou a chová se velmi nedůvěryhodně

It is lottery if you start the charging. In half od the cases (usually when you need it the most) the app doesn’t work, so, you can’t start the charging. You absolutely can’t rely on it.
Ridiculously overpriced and complicated
0,49 cents (EUR) per kWh is bonkers. In addition, this app is not easy to use. Very shameful
NON SCARICATELA!
L’app non funziona bene e l’assistenza è inesistente. L’ho scaricata per poterla usare in Croazia e, dopo essermi resa conto che non funzionava, ho scritto per richiedere i soldi e mi hanno detto che non fanno rimborsi. Oltre a questo, mi hanno anche cancellato il profilo togliendomi la possibilità di provare ad utilizzare i soldi caricati nonostante il pessimo funzionamento.

Kein guter Anbieter. Kann man nicht mit Kreditkarte benutzen, man muss sich anmelden und auf Guthabenbasis laden.

Not working
I tried to use the app to charge in Pula Marina. First of all I was forced to accept terms & conditions on Croatian (not possible in English) and then to charge my account with credit. After lots of trial to activate the charge I came to the conclusion that the charging station was not working which was not mentioned in the app. After this bad experience I asked the support to refund the credit which was refused by saying that it is written in terms & condition (that I was not able to understand). This company doesn’t even respect law that allows a 14 days period of withdrawal. Fraudulent service to avoid !!!

Betrug
VORSICHT Betrug! Man kann nicht sofort mit Kreditkarte bezahlen. Man muss Guthaben aufladen. Den Ladevorgang kann jedoch nur mit einem min. Guthaben von 10€ starten. Man kann den Restguthaben nicht auszahlen lassen. Also hat man fast immer Guthaben übrig. Das ist sicher nicht gesetzeskonform!

Ordentlich umständlich. Und so eine App gehört einfach internationalisiert! Wenigstens Englisch müsste doch drin sein. Arme Telekom…
Funktioniert nicht
App kann sich nicht mit deren Cloud verbinden. Haben es auf mehreren Geräten reproduzieren können.
So wird’s nicht mit der Energiewende
Warum kann man nicht einfach mit der Kreditkarte zahlen und gut ist? Ionity bekommt es gebacken und viele andere auch. Hier braucht man eine schlechte App, muss sich anmelden, nur damit es am Ende trotzdem nicht funktioniert? Katastrophe!

Schön, das es funktioniert. Englische Sprache wäre noch wichtig für internationale Gäste.
