NON SCARICATELA!
L’app non funziona bene e l’assistenza è inesistente. L’ho scaricata per poterla usare in Croazia e, dopo essermi resa conto che non funzionava, ho scritto per richiedere i soldi e mi hanno detto che non fanno rimborsi. Oltre a questo, mi hanno anche cancellato il profilo togliendomi la possibilità di provare ad utilizzare i soldi caricati nonostante il pessimo funzionamento.

Kein guter Anbieter. Kann man nicht mit Kreditkarte benutzen, man muss sich anmelden und auf Guthabenbasis laden.

Not working
I tried to use the app to charge in Pula Marina. First of all I was forced to accept terms & conditions on Croatian (not possible in English) and then to charge my account with credit. After lots of trial to activate the charge I came to the conclusion that the charging station was not working which was not mentioned in the app. After this bad experience I asked the support to refund the credit which was refused by saying that it is written in terms & condition (that I was not able to understand). This company doesn’t even respect law that allows a 14 days period of withdrawal. Fraudulent service to avoid !!!
