App is easy to use for placing pickup orders. Sometimes the pickup time is off but quality is worth the wait. Gets very busy in store in the morning so this app makes it easy to grab and go when in rush

A beautiful location, the team at Espresso and Milk know how to craft a great brew (and their baked goods are delish)! Seasonal favorites always bring a smile to my face and their Brown Sugar Maple is often a go to! Your taste buds will thank you and you’ll enjoy the time in their very calming space!

Best of espresso in chicago!
Seriously. By far. It’s the only place I go for a real coffee now. The owner is awesome, and he’s assembled an amazing crew of friendly and knowledgeable baristas. Simply the best.

The Best coffee I was able to find in the Loop so far. Everything is on point : the coffee, the staff, the ambiance . Super convenient app too. I always order through the app, this way it’s ready by the time I get to the place!

Definitely easier to order ahead in the app as sometimes the line can be big or small. The staff are super friendly and always say hello. Great coffee and treats. All in all a fantastic coffee shop experience.
