Unable to register
Downloaded the ESS App, put my details in to register, it asked me to update the app (even though I had just installed it). The link took me back to the App Store, where it said the app was fully updated. Went back to the app, and now unable to proceed past registration unless the app is updated even though it already is.

I have just downloaded the app and i am honestly astounded at such low and poor craftsmanship alls I wanted was a nice warm coffee to keep my tummy warm and my mind clear and ready for the day but I couldn’t even have that could I because this app had blocked me as soon as I had registered my log in to say I am disappointed is an understatement i have never seen such a pathetic excuse for coding and if I was ever in the matrix I would terminate this app

Dear developer - please stop emailing me! Ive had about 6 identical emails since I posted this review. I’ve replied to the address given.

After a recent app update, I’ve been able to log in again, also the transaction logging has sorted itself out (though no records for a missing period of a couple of months)
I’m still waiting for a update on a refund for several incorrect charges - I’d recommend that all users check your Reciepts because I’ve had several occasions where I’ve been either double charged, or charged for a second transaction immediately after a purchase.
When it’s working properly, it’s been useful, but it will take me a while to trust it again.

No longer able to log in - error message
Stamps weren’t collecting any more and I got an error when trying to redeem points. Unable to contact customer support as error message displayed. Reinstalled the app and now getting the error when trying to log in. Dead app. Already raised a ticket with Neal Street Rewards but no response
