Does not recognize the codes it sends out

Downloaded the app tried to support and the app does not even recognize the verification code it sent to me three times so I couldn’t even access the app. I entered the code in manually and then the second time when I receive the email the code pre populated and I press it from my email and the app still claimed it wasn’t the code. I did it again. Not recognizing the codes you all send is insane. Let’s do better
