I downloaded this to use for Essence Festival. I can’t even open the app due to it crashing.

App is not sending verification code. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work.
Does not recognize the codes it sends out
Downloaded the app tried to support and the app does not even recognize the verification code it sent to me three times so I couldn’t even access the app. I entered the code in manually and then the second time when I receive the email the code pre populated and I press it from my email and the app still claimed it wasn’t the code. I did it again. Not recognizing the codes you all send is insane. Let’s do better

Please update event info
The festival is 2 1/2 months away and the app is still showing info for 2024. When are you planning to update it, the day of the event?

The site looks amazing! However, all of their events info is for 2024. Essence Fest is only 5 months away and there is no information for this year’s fest. Please update immediately because you should already have the confirmed dates and venues. Thank you!
Can’t log in to get my tickets.
It’s the day of and I keep getting an error message that says “Oops…”. Fix this issue now because I purchased tickets on this app and now have no access to the tickets.

This app is horrible
This app is so glitchy it’s ridiculous. Every time I try to sign in I get “oops an error has occurred” or the app will just not load at all. Please fix before the actual festival starts.
How to Access pass for convention center
Sign in on app, press button that says activate pass, check email for confirmation, click link to access ticket, then add to wallet.

I was disappointed that it took sinking for the 2024 info to be added. Now I’m having trouble activating the festival pass to add to my wallet.

E360 Please Fix Y’all App! I’m tryna claim my free pass to get in the convention center and when I click Active Now it doesn’t do anything. It doesn’t take me to another browser so I can add it to my wallet! It’s happening to some other people as well and not only me! Please fix this so I can claim my pass!
