The ad says it is a free app, but in order to use it you have to agree with a weekly subscription of $4.99 the first 3 days are free but you better make sure you cancel it the second day or you will be charged another week.

I downloaded Essential Health Measure on 3-21-25. Today is April,27,2025. I have taken readings every day at different times of the day. Every single reading has been exactly the same for every health test. It is impossible for every single reading to be exactly the same for 36 days. I am going to delete the app as soon as I finish my review I never wanna hear Essential about anything that this company has produced and I’m Give Apple my review exactly like this one.

I couldn't even start using the app without committing to a three day trial that costs money. I resent being forced to spend money that I don't want to spend, so I deleted the app.
Don’t waste your money
This is a fraud. Once you download it, it doesn’t do anything other than prompt you to download the “pro” version. This is a glorified record keeper for 4.99 per week. It doesn’t NOT measure your blood sugar, blood pressure, oxygen levels. You must obtain them by other means then manually enter the results into the app.

So I tested by eating different foods at the doctor and using one of those arm thingy things and used this to determine if it was the same IT WAS so I tried eating a banana, a orange, and half a muffin and it had the same bpm IT WORKS get this app now!!!!!!!!
