Disappointing Service
Used Essentialists for our Italy trip and were extremely disappointed by their services. We had issues with the car reservation they made for us as they failed to advise us that an international drivers license was required which left us stranded for hours until they were able to rebook a car at a different location. The tours overall were overpriced for what you got and one tour guide was a no show. We gave detailed feedback to Essentialists and asked for a partial refund which they failed to approve. Would not use their services again.
