Funktioniert nicht!

Weder unter Chrome, Edge oder Firefox. Auf Nachfrage in meiner Kanzlei gäbe es wohl keinen Support und man wisse nicht weiter.

Jetzt alles ganz herkömmlich per Papier! Sehr enttäuschend, nicht zu empfehlen!

Love it

Meine Mandantschaft hat schon die WebAkte sehr gemocht. Aber die APP ist noch einen Schritt weiter. Die Möglichkeiten des Iphone können noch besser genutzt werden und die Aufgabenlisten ist genial. So weiss mein Mandant, was ich von ihm brauche.

Gute Idee - Problematische App (V3.0.0)

Gute Idee den Webakte-Service als App auszubauen. Aber bei uns (iPhone 8/64 und iPhone X/64 mit Vers. 3.0.0) dauert es einfach viel, viel zu lange, bis App und Akte geladen sind: Über 2 Minuten um vom App-Start bis zum Log-In zu kommen (E.sy Thing-Logo Screen) und dann nochmals über 2 Minuten vom Log-In ([…]-Screen) zu meiner Akte (4 Minuten gesamt). Auch danach dauern Aufrufe der Nachrichten „ewig“. Mag sein, dass das auf iPhone 13 besser läuft, aber die App sollte selbst auf einem iPhone 6S laufen. Ganz anders die alte Browser-Webakte (Secure.Webakte.de). 6 Sek. vom Tap auf Mail-Link bis zum Log-In und <1Sek. danach.
