Wrong status of bus
Some bus not showing exact status , bus is near by stop but map shown still it is there in school campus
rotating map is extremely disorienting
can we please atleast have an option whereby user can keep the map oriented at one direction (north pointing at top of screen)? most people are used to looking at map that way, the current method of rotating map as per bus may be useful for someone sitting inside the bus but for parents trying to gauge when bus will reach their location it is very very disorienting and unhelpful. despite the HUGE UI Improvement this basic issue is still not solved. Please give me an app that doesn’t rotate the map all the time, instead make the map always north aligned. Its infinitely easier to understand where the bus is this way. Why does the map need to rotate when literally 100% viewers of the app are OUT of the bus?

Worst update maps r difficult to view
3D maps are difficult to read. Please provide earlier 2D maps or at least provide way to roll back to older version. Developers do not respond to any complaints.
North direction as default
With latest updates, map keep on rotating. It should be stable showing north direction as default so it will be helpful for everyone. Pls fix this asap.

Map keeps rotating
With the latest update, the map keeps rotating. It’s neither from bus driver’s perspective nor from the person facing the bus. This random perspective shift has rendered the app useless. Please fix the bug.

Whenever I tries to see the bus location map starts revolving. User can not rotate the map as per need. User can not see its location on map. School bus pin and other location pins are of same colour it should be of distinct colour.
Review and suggestions
The app for iPhone was much better in its previous version. You could see your location and bus at the same time. The only improvement needed was real time sync with moving bus. Now the map keeps rotating half the time and you loose the sense of direction. At any point there’s no way you can gauge how much time to your stop.
Also still can’t add two buses for both the kids.

Hello dev team, new version update is not working, it’s giving 404 not found error.

Post the latest update not able to track bus and just showing 404 Error with a Retry button on the homepage !
Tracking issue
Tracking issue since two days, even massages for bus departures is also false. Very difficult to manage
It helps you track your child’s bus
This app really helps you track whereabouts of your child’s school bus. It would be helpful if it sends notifications when bus is nearing the pickup/dropoff point so parents don’t need to keep checking the status all the time.
