Cool Concept. Bu what if I want another ticket

Love the spinning concert ticket thing they got going on. One small issue I ran into though was I couldn’t get another ticket after purchasing the first time around. If they fixed this, the app would be perfect!

What does the app do?

It's just a spinning ticket that also just says it's not a ticket. Might as well just be nothing. Like you're ask to show it spins to get in why?

The future

Not close with anyone from eternal in fact I wasn’t able to attend any of the events due to being out of town. From beta stages to now I happily say this is a app and a family that is here to stay. Cannot wait to see what eternal his in store. -Duke

For the Culture

There are a lot of “if’s” and “maybes” around nightlife in the post-covid world but anything hosted on the Eternal app is certified. AFW in LA and Raprave in NYC made me realize Eternal is more than just an app - it’s a community and a lifestyle. These guys have their ears to the streets and are definitely a credible source for the cutting edge wherever they pop up.

This app does what is is supposed to do well 😳

A ticketing app it maximizes and does the most creative version possible. The handwriting and 3d model of the ticket are both really nice. I don’t know why they went this hard but they did. Also I love the shows. I went them long before this app and this made it easier to navigate day of.

Lovely app

Easy to use, love the how it looks. So nice to see a company break free of tired iPhone aesthetics while building a fun community of young people. Appreciate that the events are free too, very refreshing.

Such a cool idea!!!

Got my tickets to a show that was announced that day on the app, and got to connect with hundreds of people at the concert who all got their ticket the same way. Super excited to see what else they release through this!

Hi Chloeboey We're sorry you didn't enjoy the most recent powered by Eternal event. Every event isn't for everyone, and we understand that. However, we don't collect emails at all in the app. We literally don't have a system to send emails to anyone that downloads Eternal+. Sorry that you're having that experience, but it is completely unrelated to us.

Hey mr topo chico Want to address your concerns. First, there are no fake reviews. We do not source reviews. Any reviews showing are from community members that enjoyed their experience. Next want to address the texting the address for the most recent weekend of shows. Because this was a V1 launch, we wanted to have as many communication channels as possible. There is no android app, and not everyone had the new app just yet. Putting on a free, 3 day concert series is a lot of work and we wanted as many people as possible to be informed. Sorry you felt the texts weren't necessary along with the app. That's good you felt the app was that useful! Finally, the data we track is only for app performance and improvement. As we roll out more events like AFW, RR, Enzo Magazine, etc ~ we use your participation or lack there of to inform how to create the best experiences irl + drops in the app. Hope this helped, Reggie
