Need help. I deposited money and it seemed to be sent somewhere else. I want to withdraw.
Misleading
Very misleading. Unable to transfer to another wallet due to not having the gas fees since it’s in USDC. Unable to add ETH
Secure login with Face ID
I enabled Face ID because I check my wallet in public sometimes. It unlocks quickly but still feels secure. I like not having to type my password every time, especially when I just need to confirm a quick transaction.
Smooth swap experience
Tried swapping some ETH for a token directly inside the wallet. The steps were clear and I could review the rate and fees before confirming. It didn’t feel confusing, even for someone who doesn’t trade that often.
Terrible
Had find sent to an account I created on this app. The app acts like you can withdraw the money to another wallet on a different app. The only problem is if you don’t have your money in ETH form you can’t withdraw because you have to have certain amount of ETH to pay the “gas fee” and there is no way of converting your money to ETH or purchasing ETH. So basically if your money is in USDC form it is stuck in the account. When trying to contact them about the issue the email provided is not a real email domain. Seems like a scam so I would not recommend using their services
